(Keep in fridge.) • 4-5 uses per jar or refill. • Product shelf life 12 months. DIRECTIONS Bring water to boil and place handful of herbs in heat resistant bowl. Pour boiling water over herbs and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Move bowl onto heat resistant surface and place face 20-30cm away from bowl covering your head and the bowl with a large towel. Keep your eyes closed during steaming process. Steam for 10-15 minutes ensuring to incorporate breaks if feeling light headed or out of breath. We strongly encourage storing this product in a dry, cool place away from direct light.
