Refunds & Returns

We hope you’re happy with your purchase from ISHKA, but we understand that sometimes in life things just don’t work out!
When that happens, here’s what you need to know:

 

RETURNS POLICY: SUMMARY

In-store purchases

Change of mind

  • We offer change of mind returns on furniture only within 7 days of purchase

  • You may exchange anything else within 14 days of receiving your order, provided all returned goods are unworn, in their original packaging and have original tags still attached

  • Items purchased in-store can only be returned to an ISHKA store

  • We are not required to provide a refund for all other change of mind returns

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund earrings, body jewellery, swimware, face masks, water bottles or cups and mugs. 

Faulty items

  • A refund or exchange will be provided for an item proven to be damaged or faulty

  • Faulty items may be refunded or exchanged within a reasonable timeframe. This timeframe may vary depending on the product purchased

Online purchases

  • Change of mind returns may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund earrings, body jewellery, swimwear , face masks and water bottles or cups and mugs. 

  • Online purchases may be returned in-store or posted to ISHKA Online via the Returns Portal

Purchases prior to 12th of August 2023

Anahata Global Pty Ltd (AG) took over ownership and trading of the Ishka business on Saturday 12th August, 2023.

AG accepts no liability for transactions prior to its takeover on 12th August however:

  • AG will dispatch all outstanding orders as of 12th August 2023 and/or issue gift vouchers (store credits) for items that cannot be fulfilled.
  • Until 30th December 2023, AG will honour all gift vouchers (store credits) previously issued (prior to 12 August, 2023). After 30th December 2023,
  • AG will no longer assume responsibility for gift vouchers issued prior to 12/8/23.

For orders prior to 12th August, AG will not:

  • Pay any cash refunds
  • Allow any chargebacks

What is your Returns Policy?

When will I receive my refund?

The time it takes to receive your refund will depend on how you sent your item back to us.

Once your returned items are received, your request will be processed and refunded within 20 working days.

 

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed using the original payment method, and can take up to 10 working days to process.
Keep an eye out for email notifications - we'll keep you updated along the way!

Will my refund include the shipping fees I paid?

Refunds for online orders only cover the amount paid for the purchased item/s. Unfortunately shipping fees are excluded unless otherwise stated.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes - feel free to exchange your item in store within 14 days, along with proof of purchase.

Can I choose to exchange or receive a gift card, in place of a refund?

If you are entitled to a refund but would prefer to exchange or receive a gift card of equivalent value, ISHKA is happy to do this for you.

Can I return a gift voucher?

Unfortunately, ISHKA gift vouchers cannot be returned, refunded or redeemed for cash.

Can I return an item I purchased with a gift voucher?

Items being returned with a gift voucher can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.


HELP!

I have been sent the wrong item. What should I do?

Please visit the Returns Portal to arrange a return. We will investigate the issue and a member from our friendly Customer Service team will be in touch.

The item I purchased in-store is damaged or faulty. What should I do?

Faulty items should be returned to an ISHKA store or online with proof of purchase, within a reasonable period of time.

ISHKA reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund.

I have received a damaged or faulty item in my order.

Please visit the Returns Portal to arrange a return. We will investigate the issue and a member from our friendly Customer Service team will be in touch.

Unfortunately we can only refund freight if the item/s are damaged or faulty.

How do I track my returned item?

If you wish to track your returned item, we recommend purchasing parcel tracking.

Returned items remain your responsibility until they are receipted by us.

How will I know if you have received my returned items?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive your returned items and process your refund. Once processed, refunds can take 3-5 working days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

If you have returned your order using a tracked delivery service, please make sure your order has reached us before contacting our Customer Service team.
