Processing times:

All online orders are processed Monday - Friday.
Orders placed after 12pm will be received into our warehouse the following business day.

 

We do our very best to process all orders within 5 business days, however during busy periods, this may take up to 10 business days.

 

Items may be dispatched from various locations and delivery times vary depending on location.

 

We make every effort to dispatch your treasures as quickly as possible and thank you in advance for your patience!

Can I request a delivery date?

As we use a third party courier service, unfortunately we can’t deliver at specific times. But don't worry - we'll make sure your order is on its way as soon as possible!

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched within 5-10 business days. During busy sale periods, please allow up to 20 business days.

    What are your shipping fees?

    Shipping fees vary depending on your location and items you have ordered.

     

    What if I am not home when my order arrives?

    If you aren't home when your ISHKA order arrives, don't worry!

    The delivery company will leave a card for you to pick up your parcel from a nearby post office, or reschedule a second delivery using the contact details provided.

     

    Do you deliver into my house?

    Most ISHKA orders will be delivered to your front door or kerb-side.

    Unfortunately our drivers cannot enter your home to deliver your goods, so when ordering large items such as furniture, we’d suggest arranging an extra pair of hands to assist with your delivery.
