Instructions:

• Heat in microwave for 3-4 minutes at medium heat
• Ishka suggests placing a cup of water into microwave when heating pillow. This will prevent pillow drying out.
• Alternatively, heat in a conventional oven on low heat, in foil, for 30 minutes
• For cold compress, wrap pillow and chill in freezer for 60 minutes or more.
• DO NOT overcook pillow since this will burn contents
• Prolonged heating may cause colour variation to pillow cover
• DO NOT allow pillow to get wet
• DO NOT put heated pillow straight onto skin - burn skin is possible
