-  All products over 10 cubic kilos. 

(Please note: Large, bulky and irregular shaped items are charged for the space they occupy, not their actual physical weight. This is known as cubic or volumetric weight, and is calculated from the length, width and height of a package.)

Processing times:

All online orders are processed Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12pm will be received into our warehouse the following business day.

We do our very best to process all orders within 10 business days, however during busy periods, this may take up to 15 business days.

Items may be dispatched from various locations and delivery times vary depending on location.
